Day-Of / Month-Of Coordination Service provides the foundation to make your event run smoothly. we will be your extra pair of eyes and hands for all the final details of your Event. In 3-4 weeks prior to your Event, we become the sole contact for all vendors and key parties to alleviate the stress before your big day. We help you to finalize your itinerary, communicate and execute the logistics of your wedding, and provide a helping hand for all your day-of needs.
This package includes 12 hours of on-site day-of coordination which includes meeting, vendor take over, communication, Rehearsal onsite decor setup, vendor management, manage itinerary and schedule.
*All packages are for 100 guests, additional price can be provided for extra guests.
